How we treat your clothes
Your laundry is never mixed with anyone else's. We follow every care label, check pockets at intake, wash cold to protect colors, and dry gentle. Set your detergent and softener preferences once in your account and we'll follow them on every order.
Citywide, still local at heart
We started in one Brooklyn neighborhood and have grown to cover Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. Pickups run 7–10 PM every day of the week, wherever you are in the city.
