What actually happens to your clothes after pickup

Every basket we collect is tagged to your account the moment it's picked up, and your clothes are never washed with anyone else's. Here's the journey.

First, intake: we check pockets, note any stains, and read care labels. Anything that needs special treatment gets flagged before it goes near a machine.

Then the wash: cold water to protect colors and fabric, quality detergent (hypoallergenic or scent-free if you've set that preference), and a medium-heat dry that's gentle on your clothes.

Finally, folding. Every item is folded neatly and packed back into your Cleen basket, ready to go straight into your drawers. Standard turnaround is next-day for orders placed before 5 PM — same-day rush is available for an extra fee.
